Conditional Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Chambers:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have confirmed a final inspection of paving and utilities for the
referenced project. Final acceptance of the project is conditional on two items:
1. Receipt and approval of as-built drawings from the engineer of record.
2. Receipt of 2-year maintenance bonds covering 50% of the value of improvements including
utilities,paving and storm drainage structures, including covered quantities.
A letter of Final Acceptance will be issued when the two remaining items listed have been received by
this office.
