I am interested in the property for sale at 635 Oakbend dr., Coppell, but was wondering if the city had any restriction on
construction or building on the back acreage.After looking at the house we noticed no one has built any structures
below the retaining wall and wanted to find out why not! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
