I offer the following explanations and revisions corresponding to the comment number: General - 1. Revise mountable curb such that there is 27' from gutter to gutter. Comment addressed as requested. Paving Plan — 2. Show sidewalk to be built by developer along Lot lx. Comment addressed as requested. 3. BFR's at entrance need to be closer to the intersection, typically within curb return. Comment addressed as requested. 4. The City will still require written approval from the gas company for road and utility crossing. The revised agreement has been executed by all parties. A copy of the executed agreement is included with this resubmittal. 5. At the intersection of Legacy & Heritage Oak there appears to be a 4.76 A PVI. Quite large without a vertical curve. Intersection grades revised. Drainage Plan — 6. Show water line crossings on the profiles. Comment addressed as requested. 7. Add necessary erosion protection out outfalls. With the future driveways along Carter and needing a trapezoidal channel to carry 28.1 CFS, include storm through this section & maintain a visual ditch on the surface for overflow. Comment addressed as requested. Water Plan — 9. Try using 2-45° bends instead of 90° bends. Comment addressed as requested. 10.Headwalls shown on this plan are sloped end. Headwalls revised. Sanitary Sewer Plan/Profile — 11.Use City casing detail for bore 3090. Comment addressed as requested. 12.Outside drop connections. Comment addressed as requested. Grading Plan — 13.Contours don't match at storm outfalls. Comment addressed as requested. 14.No drainage going over the walls, revise details. Comment addressed as requested. 15.Retaining wall details; background lines are too light, can't see utility lines. Comment addressed as requested.
