Dear Mr. Davis:
As you are aware, the developer of the Big Cedar Addition has previously paid inspection fees based
on an Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost of $261,868.00. Enclosed please find copies of the
itemized contract prices as awarded for the project. The sum total of contract awards for the project
was $272,060.30. Based on this difference and using the two percent inspection fee, the amount still
owed for construction inspection has been calculated to be $203.85.
