City Engineer City of Coppell Post Office Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019-0478 Re: Big Cedar Addition Traffic Detour Plan Dear Mr. Griffin: We have reviewed the revised Traffic Detour Plan for the closure of Bethal School Road prepared by Goodwin and Marshall, Inc., in connection with the construction of the Big Cedar Addition. The traffic detour plan has been revised in conformance with our review comments dated December 12, 1991. We have discussed the Bethal School Road closure with Richard Wagle of Goodwin and Marshall. They have indicated to us that they would like to implement this plan as soon as possible. They are scheduled to complete the utility work this week and start grading the streets. It is our understanding that the plats and field note descriptions of the public right-of-way which is to be abandoned across the McDowell property has been submitted to your office for review. If you need any assistance in reviewing those documents, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available to discuss this project further at your Enclosures cc: Goodwin and Marshall, Inc. f~enience. s TRAFFIC DETOUR PLAN ITEM DESCRIFrION Permanent metal beam guard rail barricade with minimum l$-foot opening to allow private and emergency vehicle access.
