veyed to the Trinity River Authority of Texas by Mattie May Lesley, Cecil P.
Lesley and B. E. Lesley by deed on June 7, 1973, as recorded in Volume 73113, .
Page 831 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, said portion of land
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South Right-of-Way line of Sandy Lake Road and
the North line of the above referenced 2.05 acre tract of land, said point
being North 52' 45' 00" West, along said South Right-of-Way, a distance of
36.7 feet from the Northeastern most corner of the aforementioned 2.05 acre
tract, and being the point of beginning of the tract of land herein described;
THENCE South 37° 15''00" West, a distance of 33.20 feet to a point;
THENCE South 52° 45' 00" East, a distance of 17.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 37° 15' 00" West, a distance of 16.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 52° 45' 00" West, a distance of 37.10 feet to a point;
