Please have your franchise companies repair the site where they trenched the conduit. You are responsible for the
erosion control along this area, please re-establish the erosion control and maintain throughout your building process. I
am taking a storm water ordinance to council tonight to establish a $2000 penalty for non-compliance of storm water
best management practices.
