RE: ST 05-01, Deforest Rd Reconstruction
A field meeting was held today with Robert Caudill of Tiseo Paving. During the
meeting a project walk-thru was conducted and the following items were
discussed:
1. Additional one-way barricades will be installed at MacArthur Blvd.
2. The alley entrance at Lake Forest will be closed with barricades today.
3. Asphalt paving removal begins today at Lake Forest and at Allen Rd. with
rock being placed in the excavated areas to allow for traffic.
4. Inspector requested of Tiseo that repairs be made to the existing asphalt
roadway from MacArthur to Allen Rd as needed.
5. Inspector requested of Tiseo that the SWPPP be re-posted on the project.
