RE: Walk-thru for Old Town Coppell
1. Rout & seal crack on ramp in front of 448 Bethel. Marked with white paint.
2. Replace sidewalk panel in front of 440 Bethel. Marked with white paint.
3. Rout & seal crack & curb around ramp in front of 420 Bethel.
4. Repair crack on street where old meets new in front of Hard 8. Marked with paint.
5. Need to use stand-up seal at all curb joints and around storm boxes at Loch Ln,
Bethel Rd, and all in new neighborhood. Do not use self-leveling seal.
6. Need to rout & seal crack in alley behind Deli. Marked with paint.
7. Need to replace broken storm lid on Houston St. & S. Coppell Rd. and northbound
side.
8. Need to rout & seal crack in alley off of Houston St & Coppell Rd. Marked with
paint.
9. Need to strip redwood off sidewalk & seal. Rout & seal crack on street, around ramp
& on alley entrance off of Travis. Marked with paint.
10. Need to rout & seal crack on alley off of Hammond on the northbound side. Marked
with paint.
11. Repair flow line in alley off of Hammond on southbound side next to grate. Marked
with paint.
