Final Walk-through Inspection Punch Lists
Dear Mr. Murphy:
The following punch list items were noted as a result of the inspections held on July 23 and July
24, 2012. There may be more items added when Keith Marvin, Project Engineer has returned to the
office and has the opportunity to walk the project with the punch lists. You will be provided a list of
any added or follow-up items in a timely manner. Prior to final acceptance of the project, the
punch list items should be addressed and/or corrected, and a follow-up inspection should be
scheduled with the appropriate department to resolve any outstanding issues.
STREETS DEPT.
1. Rout& seal crack on ramp in front of 448 Bethel. Marked with white paint.
2. Replace sidewalk panel in front of 440 Bethel. Marked with white paint.
3. Rout& seal crack&curb around ramp in front of 420 Bethel.
4. Repair crack on street where old meets new in front of Hard 8. Marked with paint.
5. Need to use stand-up seal at all curb joints and around storm boxes at Loch Ln, Bethel Rd, and
all in new neighborhood. Do not use self-leveling seal.
6. Need to rout& seal crack in alley behind Deli. Marked with paint.
7. Need to replace broken storm lid on Houston St. & S. Coppell Rd. and northbound side.
8. Need to rout& seal crack in alley off of Houston St& Coppell Rd. Marked with paint.
9. Need to strip redwood off sidewalk& seal. Rout& seal crack on street, around ramp& on alley
entrance off of Travis. Marked with paint.
10. Need to rout& seal crack on alley off of Hammond on the northbound side. Marked with paint.
11. Repair flow line in alley off of Hammond on southbound side next to grate. Marked with paint.

UTILITIES DEPT.
• Main Street
1. Main& Crockett—MLV on SW corner needs extension.
2. Between Crockett/Bethel on east side—FH valve needs extension.
3. Between Crockett/Houston on west side—FH not working. Placed Out of Service.
• Houston Street
1. Houston&Hammond—SE corner FH needs extension.
• Houston St& Coppell Rd
1. Manhole on NW corner needs to be cleaned out.
• Farmers Market
1. Both meters will need"W"painted on curb with blue paint.
2. Old service to Farmers Market-mark on curb WM&paint lid blue.
• All firelines—label FL on curb&paint red.
• Four sewer services on Hammond: 7'2", 7'7", 7'7", 8' —Questions.
