I called Mr. Richard WaGle of Goodwin & Marshall Inc. (817) 429-4373 and
he thought he had talked to you about this fax. He did say that Gary
Hendricks Gave him the criteria on BiG Cedar.
It seems that the developer is wanting to salvage a 24" Pecan Tree and
this faxed plan is how Goodwin Marshall shall do this. He said that there
are no street names, etc., but it concerns the main entry to Brock
Street._ The utility easements are deflected into. lots to s~~s~
Mr. ~aGle needs an early response if he has the City's blessings to do
this (his words). You can also talk to Bob Henderson (Pete).
