Dear Mr. Bowman:
An inspection of the referenced project was conducted by the City of Coppell prior to the expiration
of the two-year Maintenance Bond. The following item needs to be resolved prior to expiration of
the bond on September 17, 2012:
1. Pavement striping has deteriorated severely at several locations and must be replaced.

this deficiency.
