6/15/2012 letter with notes 238 Pinyon Lane
On February 22, 2012, a notice was mailed to Haun Zhang concerning four(4)violations that
existed on his property.
A. High weeds
B. Dilapidated fence
C. Trash out in alley
D. Outside storage
I am currently working the sub-division and many notices were mailed out to home owners on
Pinyon Lane. Mr. Zhang did not comply and because of that, he was issued citations. To date, his
property is still not in compliance.
Before the citations were issued on May 14, 2012, I spoke to Mr. Zhang at his property and
showed him what needed to be done to correct the violations. Not only were the violations not
corrected, he continued for three more months to place his trash out on non-collection days, let
his lawn grow to a height of over 12", not work on his fence or remove all the items that were
stored in public view.
I have had to work this property many times in the past years and it continues to be an issue. I
have records of eight notices left at this property and that is just since 2009.
I have included several pictures taken on different days after the Feb. 22, 2012 letter was mailed
to the property.
