Coppell Independent School District has fiber optic lines that connect their schools and there are schools in both of those areas. Caprock Telecommunications Corporation installed the
lines in 2000. I found this contact info for them, not sure how accurate it is:

Also, someone at CISD Administration (200 S Denton Tap) might be able to help you find out whether these are their lines before you try to contact Caprock. If they do belong to CISD,
they should do all the leg work to get them back up.

I'm having trouble getting anyone to claim some lines in a few areas. We have some lines on the ground on Southwestern (south side of the road in a vacant field) and some that are being
pulled down by some vines on Coppell Road. There was a TWC person at our office working on the overhead lines a few weeks ago so I asked him if the lines across Southwestern were theirs
and he said that side of the street would be Verizon. Verizon looked at them yesterday and said they are "cat tv" lines. Is there another provider in Coppell?
