on the south side of Lake Vista Drive, approximately 970 feet east of North
MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of WPC 2004 Coppell, LC, being

AFTER P&Z
1. Coordinate with the LID and the City of Lewisville for curb cuts and drainage tie-ins.
2. Make the utility plan legible, it is very messy.
3. Parking lots in common areas to be maintained by HOA.
4. Floodplain note regarding the protection of the levees will need to be added to the plat.
5. Label city limit and the city of Lewisville ROW.
6. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
