The detention area and swale will need to be an X-lot and maintained by the HOA. 2. The ROW and pavement in the cul de sac do not match. 3. Show the future and existing Sandy Lake Rd. plans and how this development ties in. 4. The waterline and sanitary sewer will need to maintain proper separation. 5. Drainage will be evaluated further during detailed engineering plan review and there will be additional comments.
