acres of property located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road,
approximately 130 feet west of Summer Place Drive, at the request of Nancy J.

COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY FINAL REVISED
AFTER P&Z
1.The drainage design will need to be re-evaluated, we will not accept the current design
with a large swale and detention pond as shown.
2.The waterline will need to be tied into the 24” in Sandy Lake Rd.
3. Label and dimension the 50 foot ROW.
4.Remove “sidewalk” from the easement notation but include the sidewalk easement
around the cul de sac.
5.Show correct stamp pattern.
6.There will be no median cut access to this site.
