Jennifer, I apologize for the wrong name earlier.
When we receive an Atmm s work packet, it has, in most cases, the necessary permits included, if Atmos is
required to obtain the r1 i checked into the city of Coppell ROW permit, and they require the developer to
obtain the permit for working in the ROW. Lowe's Construction is a sub-contractor and not allowed to request
the ity permit for ROW. „ , - % / , _ % , C -
T e path and d pth of placent oain is staked by the developer for placement to meet Atmos
specs. This has always been the responsibility of the developer.

I think you meant to put Jennifer, not Judy...also I am not sure I understand. Are you saying now that you cannot start
work until we do something further? If so why was this not mentioned before now? We are past ready to have the
work completed, which is causing major delays in the project, and is becoming very costly for the client. Please be swift
in your reply and line item out in step by step what we need to do in order to get this done quickly to move forward.

Judy,
Marty (Atmos FCC)just got the packet and has not looked at it as of 6/20/12 when I talked to him. Atmos has
to obtain the state permit for us to work in ROW of hwy 121 and the developer needs to obtain the ROW
permit from the city of Coppell and also stake the path of gas main to be placed.

Thanks Gary, I was not sure about permit, some cities require Atmos to get it now. I will check with the city.
Thanks again.

Kenny,
I gave Atmos the Construction Package one day last week. I'll check to see who has it and where it is. As for staking the
ROW, the developer usually stakes it. And for the Permit...I was thinking that you or the developer would need to obtain
the permit. If I need to, please let me know.
Hope that helps,
Gary

Gary, I have still not received a call to pick up the Atmos package from the FCC. Also, who will be staking the
path in the ROW and the permit from the city to work in ROW?
Thanks,
