Atmos has to obtain the state permit for us to work in ROW of hwy 121 and the developer needs to obtain the ROW permit from the city of Coppell and also stake the path of gas main to be placed. I'll check to see who has it and where it is. As for staking the ROW, the developer usually stakes it. And for the Permit...I was thinking that you or the developer would need to obtain the permit.
