Let me know which approved, Atmos vendor you selected and a price to install the gas main so I can prepare the WAS
agreement. After that, the contractor will purchase the material, I will obtain the perm_it and work can start. I would
allow about two to three weeks before construction can start.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Thank you,
Gary

Thanks Gary, I was not sure about permit, some cities require Atmos to get it now. I will check with the city.
Thanks again.

Kenny,
I gave Atmos the Construction Package one day last week. I'll check to see who has it and where it is. As for staking the
ROW, the developer usually stakes it. And for the Permit...) was thinking that you or the developer would need to obtain
the permit. If I need to, please let me know.
Hope that helps,
Gary

Gary, I have still not received a call to pick up the Atmos package from the FCC. Also, who will be staking the
path in the ROW and the permit from the city to work in ROW?
Thanks,
