I looked at a map of our facilities and will try and answer your questions in this email.
Based on the sketch, Atmos Energy would have to extend the main from Coppell Rd. along Canyon Drive to get service to
the location requested on the map. The cost of this extension would be the responsibility of the customer. An estimate of
the cost would be about$30.00 per ft.
Atmos Energy will need a site plan and some basic load information before any design can be considered.
Atmos would provide a design and a list of approved contractors for the customer to use to negotiate the installation of the
gas line. The customer would pay the contractor directly for the installation with Atmos Energy providing the inspection to
insure all is installed per our specifications. After the customer chooses their contractor for installation and notifies us,
Atmos Energy, the customer, and the contractor of choice will enter into a three way agreement called a WAS agreement
(blank copy attached). After the WAS is executed, Atmos will prepare a package for the contractor so that work may
begin. From the time the customer advises us of his choice of contractors to final package preparation is usually 1 -2
weeks. Contractor will then schedule the installation based on his availability.
There is a one time trip charge to the customer for the installation of the meter. I am not positive, but I think the charge is
$65.00 and is on the first month's bill.
I hope this answers your questions. Should you have any questions with regard to this manner, please contact George
Long at 972-964-4107. He is out today but will return on Monday.
Thanks, Bobby Rogers

Good Morning. Per our phone conversation, this is the Ariel of the site in Coppell. I really
appreciate your assistance in this. You can just write on it the approximate Atmos line location
and that would be sufficient. My contact information is below.
Sincerely,
