RE: BIG CEDAR ADDITION Traffic Demur Plan for Closure of Bethel School Road.
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
At our meeting on Tuesday November 26, 1991, the issue of the road closure for Bethel School Road
was addressed. At this time we are requesting that the road be closed to through traffic on or before
December 9, 1991. We are currently proceeding with the documents for abandonment of the public
right-of-way to the adjacem land-owner, Ms. Ruby McDowel. This will include a twenty-five foot
utility and fire lane access easement to the City of CoppelL Enclosed please find a copy of the
Traffic Detour Plan requested by staff.
We appreciate your assistance in this procedure for the prompt closing of Bethel School Road to
through traffic. If you have any questions concerning these issues, please feel free to call.
