Re: Dirt stockpiles at St. Andrews Estates
This letter is a proposal for the stock piling of dirt necessary for the completion of
padding lots in St. Andrews Estates. We propose to stock pile dirt for the padding of
Lots 10-14 on Lots 9 and 10. For the padding of Lots 15 and 16 we propose to stock
pile dirt on Lot 16. This will prevent the moving of dirt across the paved street.
the stock piles of dirt will be at a grade of no more than 3 to 1 and an erosion control
fence will be installed once the stock piles are created.
