Dear Shohre:
On behalf of my client, I would like to formally request that we be allowed to initiate clearing and
grubbing operations on the above referenced project. This office has coordinated this operation with
Mx. Larry Davis and Mx. Gary Hendricks. Based on this coordination, we plan to initiate cleating
and grubbing activities immediately. Please contact me is this causes any problems.
