The contract for the above-referenced project was awarded to your firm at the August 14, 2012 City
Council meeting. Enclosed with this letter are three original contract documents. Please sign the
documents where indicated, provide the required bonds to be inserted in the contracts and return all
three originals to me. One of the originals will be returned to you for your file after its execution by
the City.
A preconstruction conference for this project will be scheduled after we receive the executed
documents. The inspector for the project will be Albert Samaniego. If you have any questions or
