Hello, Mr. Marvin—
I left you a voicemail, but am following up with this email also. Please call me when you have a moment
to discuss the "Freeport" relocation project involving a vault.
Also, please note that we recently completed a re-organization and I now manage all Utility
Coordination and Relocation projects for Time Warner's DFW and El Paso regions. All initial Utility
Coordination requests can now be sent to west-engineering-relo @twcable.com,or if mailing hard
copies, please send them to the address listed below. The standard turnaround time for utility
coordination requests is 10 business days from receipt.
Once conflicts are discovered, I will manage the projects until the start of construction. It is not
necessary to send copies to the Construction Department as I will provide all the information at the time
of handoff(if needed).
Please add my contact information to any distribution lists used to deliver information about
upcoming/ongoing Utility Coordination or Relocation projects. Additionally, please share this
information with whomever may need it.
