Dear Mr. Da~s:
Per your phone conversation with John Robinson at City Hall on June 2, 1995, this
letter will put you and the City of Coppoll on notice that the Lone Star Country
Club will take it upon itself to repair the parking lot which was damaged while
installing the water line to 1849 Belfline Road in March 1994.
The Lone Star Country Club will repair the parking lot on Monday, June 4, 1995.
The resulting expenses from the repair will be sent to lhe City of Coppoll for
reimbursement.
Mr. Davis, we have been attempting to resolve this matter for three months now. I
am disappointed that Mr. Huddleston has decided not to remm either of our phone
calls. Because of the inability and/or unwillingness of the contractor to solve the
problem on a timely and professional manner, we will contract the repair work
ourselves.
