We have done our best to cooperate with you in returning your
property to its original condition. We have now offeredto provide
the labor and equipment to spread rock or base material over an
area to improve the surface in question, if you will provide the
material.
We agree to a~eist'you in this, although.we do not believe that our
construction activities necessarily caused the problem.
The purpose o[ this letter is to assure you that we will
participate as offered; however, we intend this to be the end of
the matter.
Your acceptance of our assistance as offered will release us from
any further complaints or obligations regarding your property.
If you cannot 'agree to this, then we cannot agree to perform the
work. I must have this letter signed by you and returned to me
before we return to do this work.
