Needham Wright Engineers 10290 Monroe Drive, Suite 101 Dallas, TX 75229 RE: Carter Addition Phase II Dear Mr. Wright: I have received the information to process to FEMA for the LOMR on the referenced addition. However, prior to processing, please provide an exhibit to this office indicating exactly where the various compaction tests were taken. These include tests 5 through 22 as shown on the information provided from Hooper Engineering Laboratories, Inc. As we have found out on other reclamations where erosion has taken place after the fact, it's important to know where the actual tests were taken. Also, I have a question about compactions 1 through 4. Were they not performed on this site or did they fail the compaction test? Once this information is provided, the forms can be processed to FEMA for the LOMR. If you should have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
