Please find attached three original Pay Application's(No. 8-Retainage)for the City portion of work at St.Joseph
Village in the amount of$68,837.00. Pursuant to our conversations,we are currently working with the appropriate
subcontractors to finish the Utility Punchlist you provided recently. We plan to have that work completed by
08/29/03. We are forwarding you this pay application in order to expediting payment upon completion of the
punchlist and will forward the bonds under seperate cover.
