DEFOREST RD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Tiseo Paving is nearing completion of the first phase of retaining wall construction and
will begin excavation activities soon. In order to excavate the existing roadway, the
contractor will reduce Deforest Road to one lane, allowing one-way eastbound traffic
from MacArthur Blvd. to Allen Rd. This reduction to one-way traffic will begin on
Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at approximately 9:00 a.m. and continue until the end of the
project, which the contractor anticipates will be near the beginning of November 2012.
Be aware that traffic patterns may change on short notice, and follow all signed detour
routes.
