There is now only one exit out of Oakbend Estates to turn left. Given this, most traffic in and out of Oakbend occurs at that one intersection with Sandy Lake. Quite often, there are
cars parked on either side of the street at those residences. This allows for only one car to pass. If there is a line to get out of the neighborhood and anyone tries to turn into the
neighborhood, they are forced to slam on their brakes. It is only a matter of time before a car plows into the now stopped car on sandy lake causing a serious accident. I propose that
parking not be permitted until after the alleyways, one house length down. This at least gives some relief to cars turning into the neighborhood.
Thank you so much for considering this before a fatality occurs.
