Subject: Speed Limit Questions
Good Afternoon,
I help with managing a HOA in the City of Coppell called Arbor Manors,
the residents asked that I contact you to see what could be done for
lowering the speed limit in the community. I believe a resident reached
out to you a while back and you informed them that the community was
never zoned so the speed limit is 30 MPH but they would like to have it
25MPH or even 20MPH if possible. I just wanted to know how we go about
getting the community zoned and if the MPH they are wanting is possible
from the City or if they need to make a petition for these speeds.
Also they are inquiring information about putting up signs in the
community saying the Speed Limit or something along the lines of Please
Slow Down. Are these type of signs provided by the City or are they ones
that the community can have to have professionally made and installed?

these questions answer.
