Tyson, the reviewing engineer has approved your proposed work, however Page 2 of the permit form requires a signature from the contractor or contractor rep who is performing the work
for AT&T. A digital signature is OK, in this instance it just means filling in the name of the person on the line below where your name appears. Can you email just that page with the
name on it? As soon as you do I will email the approved permit back to you & they can get started.
Thanks,

Here you go. I tried submitting the permit request on two other computers. It did not work, so it's definitely something on our end.

We use MS Office as well. It does not give me any pop ups. It will allow me to print it to a PDF. Is that acceptable?

I went out & tested it by sending one to myself & it worked. We use MS Outlook, what kind of email program are you working from? If you're using something internet based, it may not
play well with ours, but you should get a pop-up that prompts you to choose which way to send it.

Can you verify if the process is working or not? I clicked on "Submit by E-mail", at the bottom of page four, and nothing happens.

Tyson, the 4-page permit form did not come through, can you send it again, please? The print made it though OK.

To all, I filled out and submitted the online permit. The attached is a work print. Please let me know if I have left anything out, as this is my first time to work with the City of
Coppell.
Thanks,
