RE: Willow Springs Drive Paving Improvements
Pre-construction Residents Meeting
Dear Owner or Resident:
This upcoming project is one of several designed and funded recently to utilize the 1/4 cent sales
tax dollars for the purpose of the complete reconstruction of a neighborhood street.
We want to get the project started the right way by holding a meeting between the residents, the
Engineering staff and the contractor who will perform the work. The meeting is planned for
Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Atrium of Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please come out and meet us, look at the plans, hear how the contractor plans to schedule the
work, and learn how it may affect you in the short term.
The project is slated to begin in early October. Our construction inspector, Albert Samaniego,
will be the main contact for any questions or concerns during the course of the project. His
number is 972-304-3685. RKM Utilities Inc. will be the contractor; their contact persons are Mr.
Dewey Baily, 817-994-3865 and Mr. Shane Huffman, 214-236-5658.
