RE: Sales Tax 2011B Vanbebber Drive
PROJECT NOTICE
Dear Owner or Resident:
On August 14, 2012 the City Council awarded a contract for the reconstruction of Vanbebber Drive
to CPS Civil, LLC. Construction is anticipated to begin on or after October 1, 2012 for the
underground utilities, sidewalk and new concrete paving for the entire length of Vanbebber. Over
the next several weeks you will begin to see survey and utility location activities taking place. The
project is estimated to take 120 days to complete.
Access to homes will be maintained during the construction, however traffic will be restricted to
one-way eastbound from Denton Tap to Heartz Rd. Motorists are advised to follow all work
activity advisory signs. Should you encounter a problem with access, contact our Construction
Inspector for the project, Rick O'Dell, at 469-576-7709. If you have questions for the contractor,
