NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Bailey:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
October 15, 2012. One hundred eighty(175) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on October 15th, then the calendar days on
the project will expire on April 8, 2013. Your construction time will officially begin the
day of commencement or October 15th,whichever is first.
