NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Ms. Murphy:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
October 1, 2012. One hundred twenty(120) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on October 1st, then the calendar days on the
project will expire on January 29, 2013. Your construction time will officially begin the
day of commencement or October 1st, whichever is first.
