Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and with the following comments
addressed they will be approved.
General
1. Refer to standard detail 2050 of the City of Coppell Construction Standard Details.
2. Clean up the plans, there are references to other projects and other cities that need to be
removed.
Utility Plan
3. The domestic water line cannot come off of the fire line; you will need to connect to the
12" waterline in Freeport Parkway.
Grading Plan
4. We have concerns with the valley drainage and the sidewalk draining toward the
building. Please check the grading around the building to ensure positive drainage away
from the building. We have several facilities that already have this problem.
Erosion Control
5. Continue the silt fence to the east.
Paving Plan
6. Remove the paving notes that do not pertain to this project.
There are other minor comments throughout the plans that should also be addressed. Once all
changes have been made, please re-submit this marked-up set and two sets of revised plans to
