Re: Summit at the Springs Phases I & H signage
Dear Mr. Dowdey:
On Wednesday, January 29, 1997, Bruce Heller and Michael Wagner met with Ken Griff'm
and myself in regards to the signage in Summit at the Springs Phases I and H. We agreed
to eliminate some of the signs in lieu of thermoplastic striping and pavement markers.
However, the "no parking" signs were not discussed at the meeting. The "no parking" signs
were part of the conditions for approval of PD-108R for "no parking" on the streets for lots
adjacent to the landscaped median curbs.
Please verify with Bruce Heller and Michael Wagner how the "no parking" signs will be
addressed before the subdivision has been final accepted by the City.
