TRANSPORTATION: Carter Drive is a local residential street contained within a 50-foot r.o.w. SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North- single-family residential; SF-12 South -TXU property; City of Dallas zoning East - undeveloped Grapevine Creek Park; SF-12 West - single-family residential; SF- 12 Page//16 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the property as suitable for low density residential development. DISCUSSION: This is a request to alter a lot line in an already approved single-family subdivision. Although the proposed lot/?2 configuration is somewhat unusual, and normally we would be opposed to a lot line meandering as this amending plat shows, in this instance we can conditionally support the request. Because of the Grapevine Creek floodplain location, and the fact that the potential purchaser of lot two understands the responsibility of ownership and maintenance of the entire lot, staff can support this request.
