MA 10-01 Denton Tap @ Sandy Lake Paver Replacement
Dear Mr. Bowman:
You were notified by letter on August 7, 2012 regarding necessary repairs to be done under the
existing maintenance bond for the project. Maintenance repairs have not been done as required
under the bond presented for the workmanship of the construction. It is important that these repairs
take place prior to any bad weather we may have this fall and winter.
1. Pavement striping has deteriorated severely at several locations and must be replaced.
Please contact me at 972-304-7090 to inform me when your crew will be on the project to correct
this deficiency. I will be available to show them the areas needing attention.
