Impact Fee Credits
Dear Mr. Oyen:
According to the purchase agreement for Southwestern Blvd, we have established a bank
for the roadway and water impact fees for the above subject property. There is a credit of
$1,464,420.79 for the use toward roadway impact fees. With the construction of the water
line for Southwestern Blvd, we have also created a bank for the water impact fee in the
amount of$46,175.15. This can be used towards water/wastewater impact fees.
