Pmila, reference my meeting on Phase H of Tim gsmes of. Cambridl~e Manor

Durinl~ thi~ walk-thru we found that their were five {5) trees (see attached
rendering of same) that had their bases expanded exactly as shown on the
Pha~ 1I blown-up plat. The rea~n I am writing you thh memo is to ask you
to discuss the followin8 solutions for the live (5) a'ees in question:
Hire a professional arborist ~o de~mnine if ~ five (5) Uees
can still live w~h the welh expanded as they are presently.
l~ve the ad,,ori~t recommend and eva/ua~ what can be done
to save these five (5) n-ecs if they can, indeed, be s~lvaged.
Until the homes are built on these lots have an electric sump-
pump i~talled to drain the water and prevent it from standin~
in the current we. Il bases.
Prepare a d~airtase plan for these five (5) Uees so that the City
will not have to "FIGHT" future homeowners about drainage
problems caused by the DEVELOPER, BUILDER, CITY and
"ALL OF THE ABOVE".
