The City will not accept a 30’ ROW, this can be made a private road. 4. The City does not allow a dead end waterline of this length; provide a loop in the system. 5. The City will not accept utilities to be installed on the private property to the west. 6. Provide a proper driveway entrance off of Southwestern Blvd. 7.
