Family), to permit the development of seven (7) single-family lots and three (3)
common area lots on 3.87 acres of land located north of Southwestern Boulevard,
approximately 1,060 feet west of Howell Street, and to amend the Land Use Map
of the Coppell 2030 Comprehensive Master Plan from “Industrial Special District”
to “Residential Neighborhood”, at the request of Srilakshmi Paladugu.

AFTER P&Z
1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The City cannot accept ROW dedication that is not on this property.
3. The City will not accept a 30’ ROW, this can be made a private road.
4. The City does not allow a dead end waterline of this length; provide a loop in the
system.
5. The City will not accept utilities to be installed on the private property to the west.
6. Provide a proper driveway entrance off of Southwestern Blvd.
7. Sidewalk will need to be provided to Southwestern Blvd.
