Commercial) to PD-221R7-HC (Planned Development 221-Revision 7-Highway
Commercial), to amend the Concept Plan on 17.4 acres and to attach a Detail
Site Plan on 1.8 acres to allow the development of a 5,928-square-foot
convenience store with eight (8) pump islands on property located at the
northwest corner of South Belt Line Road and I.H. 635 at the request of Frisco
5 Ventures LP (RaceTrac Petroleum), being represented by Gladys Bowen,
Masterplan Consultants.

4.Additional ROW may be required for the decel lanes and sidewalks.

utility easements to allow the development of a 5,928-square-foot convenience
store with eight (8) pump islands on Lot 1R2 containing 1.9 acres of property and
Lot 1R1 containing 15.5 acres being reserved for future development, located at
the northwest corner of South Belt Line Road and I.H. 635 at the request of
