1.The domestic water will need to come off of the 8” main.
2.You do not need an additional vault, a stub out was provided to this lot for fire
protection.
3.A 6’ sidewalk will be required adjacent to SH 121.
4.There is an $11,179.00 pro rata fee for the water line in addition to the impact fees.
5.There may be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
