Re: Storm Drain Remediation

Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal to remove and replace the storm drainage located
behind the existing Tennis Center on Creekview Drive,Coppell,Texas.
The following items are included in this proposal:
1. Excavate and remove the existing 12"RCP and headwall.
2. Excavate approximately 5' below existing location of demoed storm drain, replace with
imported common borrow compacted in 8"-12"high loose lifts.
3. Install one each 3'X3'grate inlet.
4. Install approximately 50 L.F.of 18"HDPE piping.
5. Install one each concrete headwall.(headwall to match existing)
6. Install rock rip rap 10'out from front of new headwall for erosion control.
7. Re-grade soil to existing adjacent levels and provide non-seeded erosion control mat
on top of new fill area as discussed on site.
The 12"existing storm drain at existing stone retaining wall is the point of connection for this work and
location of new 3'X3'grate inlet.The new 18"HDPE piping will travel west from new 3'X3'grate inlet at
point of connection approximately 50 L.F.to the new head wall.Access to the site will be from the back
of the tennis courts and rutting from the equipment will be held to a minimum. If rutting does occur the
soil will be leveled, roller compacted and capped with top soil.
Our proposed cost for this work is $ 20,625 plus applicable taxes if required. Materials testing and
sprinkler/irrigation repairs or remediation is not included in this amount.
