Darvin Messer, the USACE pm for the proposed North Lake project, just returned my call regarding the pre-
application meeting. He would like to set up a meeting for March 20th , 21st, or 22nd.
Can you coordinate with the City and Lumina to see which day would work for everybody? I think an
afternoon meeting would work best for Steve.
