Golden Triangle MHP-CS121025Rhonda,
Thank you for your continued persistence.
Isn’t it amazing how difficult this is just to get a light fixed. There
must be an easier way. So frustrating.
Mike

Thanks for stopping by our office yesterday, it was nice to meet you.
Did you have a chance to speak with Stephanie at the mobile home park
yet? I hoped you would go see her when you left here since it is nearby.

I read the info from the outage reporting website, but then I spoke with
the mobile home park manager, Stephanie. She has reported these outages
by phone for some time now, and says that Oncor always sends a repairman
out, but they go up the pole & look, say they need to order a part and
never come back to fix anything.
Not everyone goes to your website to get information, you must realize
that your customers rely on accurate information by phone also! Why
would calling Oncor result in a repairman being dispatched if that is
not the correct process? Why hasn’t anyone (such as the dispatcher or
repair tech) from Oncor told the manager that she’s calling the wrong
entity? Her time has been wasted for months because no one has let her
know she should call her retail provider to get interior guard lights
repaired on the property. It is Oncor’s responsiblity to tell her you
don’t fix those lights, if that is indeed the case.
The park is closed on Mondays, but please call Stephanie tomorrow at
972-462-0212 and explain to her what she should do to get the lights
fixed, since she is in this position due to Oncor’s lack of action
and/or communication. It is becoming a safety issue for park residents
and must be resolved as soon as possible.

According to Oncor.com, the guardlights that you are speaking of
requires the customer to contact their service provider, TXU, Green
Mountain, Reliant, etc.
Please contact me if nothing is resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
Thank you,

Stassa, below are both emails I sent to Larry Redick & Rich Hildebrand
over the past two weeks. I have not received a reply from either of
them. Our city manager is very intent on getting this problem resolved,
hopefully you can help.
Stop by our office when you’re in town, we’d love to meet you!
