Golden Triangle MHP-CS121005Rhonda, Excellent follow up. Thank you. Mike From: Rhonda Adloo Sent: Thursday, October 04, 2012 4:09 PM To: Richard.Hildebrand@oncor.com; larry.redick@oncor.com Cc: Mike Land; Kenneth Griffin; Leslie Henderson Subject: Lights in Oak Park Village Mobile Home Park/Coppell Guys, we have a repair issue that was brought to our attention regarding some lights at this address – 301 S. Coppell Rd. Your streetlight reporting website shows all lights in the MH park as “guard lights”(blue) and further advises that they be reported to the retail power provider for repair since they are private. Retail provider is apparently Green Mountain. Stephanie from MH park says Oncor has come out numerous times when she reports the outages by phone, but they go up, tinker around then come down & say they’ll be back…but never come back to fix them! This has become a safety issue that the City Manager’s office is determined to follow through on. This is a small area with maybe a total of 8 lights and if 3 or 4 of them are out, it is not safe for the residents, many of whom could be elderly. If Oncor is not responsible for the repair of these lights, I need to know that with a high degree of certainty. If Oncor is responsible, I need contact info for the person/department who will get it done. Stephanie is supposed to call me back with pole numbers, if there are any. At that point, I will need to get back with someone to investigate open Oncor repair tickets. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
